Ingredients:
- 2 Package banana cream (instant pudding)
- ¾ Cup Graham crackers
- 2 Tablespoon light butter (whipped)
- 3 ½ Cups milk
- ½ Cup vanilla Wafers
- ½ Cup honey roasted peanuts
- ¾ Cup Peanut Powder
- Chocolate sauce for topping (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350 degree.
- In blender, add whipped butter, ¼ cup peanuts, graham crackers, and vanilla wafers.
- Beat it in the blender until coarse then pour into an 8” pie pan.
- Spread this crust evenly on the pan covering bottom & sides of pan. To ensure crust is evenly spread, you can use back of the measuring cup.
- Bake it for 9-10 until edges are light golden brown.
- Let it cool for 10-12 minutes and then let it chill for an hour or 2hours.
- In a large mixing bowl, add banana cream pudding, peanut powder and milk, beat it until well mixed.
- Pour this mixture into pie crust and smooth it evenly.
- For topping, drizzle your favorite chocolate syrup over it.
- If you have remaining peanuts, pulse it with blender until they are roughly chopped and sprinkle it over this Yummilicious banana pie and it is ready to be served.
